2. Churnet Valley
Welcome
37075 was originally bought from mainline stock during 1999 by Corporate Blue Traction, first spending time at the GCR(N) at Ruddington before moving to the GCR. During 2002 37075 changed ownership from CBT to a private individual who form 5CLG with a few like minded friends to help maintain the loco. Initially moving back to Ruddington, then a fledgling Private railway, in the Ecclesbourne Valley, finally moving to the Churnet Valley in 2007 for their diesel gala, and now permanently based here. The loco is due to be out-shopped in time for the 2008 gala in the non-standard Thornaby corporate blue livery with high white stripe and kingfisher emblems.

This site intends to keep a record of what we have been upto on the loco mainly for ourselves but also for anyone who is interested. Please enjoy and feel free to comment.

All photographs are taken by myself or other group members unless otherwise stated, please do not use them without asking, I like to keep track of where they are being used!
